We want you to feel confident joining The Asher Method. If the membership isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
14-day money-back guarantee
New members are eligible for a full refund on their first membership charge if requested within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to Essential, All Access, and VIP monthly memberships.
Digital products
Digital products — including downloadable PDFs, audio files, video content, mini-courses, and challenges — are delivered instantly inside your account. Because they cannot be returned and are immediately available in full, all digital product sales are considered final once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind or accidental purchases after access has been granted.
If you experience a genuine technical issue (for example, a corrupted file or broken download link) or believe a product was materially misrepresented, email us at theashermethod@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, may offer a replacement file, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Renewals
Membership fees renew automatically each billing cycle. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend to keep, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review your request in good faith. To avoid future renewals, cancel from your billing portal before the next renewal date — access continues until the end of the paid period.
How to request a refund
Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at theashermethod@gmail.com with your order details and we will help you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
